Project Management:
Wave specialises in timber frame MMC solutions for the social, private and commercial market sectors and provides the Design, Supply and Erect on a nationwide basis for the Housing, Flats, Key-Worker, Student, Retirement, Extra Care, Education and Hotel market sectors.
Wave unique I stud external wall system
- BRE System Approval, certificate no: 149/08.
- NHBC approved.
- Choice of factory fitted insulations for U values between 0.266W/mēK and 0.136W/mēK.
- U value of at least 0.110W/mēK can be achieved with additional site fitted insulation and reflective vapour control layer.
- Reduced thermal bridging leading to efficient wall performance.
- Choice of external breather membranes.
- Engineered timber panel head and base rails for minimal differential movement typically 11mm at eaves level for a 4 storey construction.
- Standard air leakage values of less than 5mģ/hr /mē @50Pa. Improved air leakage systems available.

Wave open frame external wall system
- Choice of 140mm or 184mm timber studs.
- Can be supplied with or without factory fitted insulation.
- Choice of factory fitted insulation and thicknesses for U values between 0.306W/mēK and 0.169W/mēK.
- Lower U values can be achieved with additional site fitted insulation.
- Choice of engineered timber panel head and base rails for reduced differential movement.
- Supply and fit of products to reduce Air leakage.
